Returns & Exchanges

At Zalori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Zalori account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
